Stawberries and Grapes
A watercolor still life painting of a crystal bowl with strawberries and grapes on a very old quilt! I really love all the different patterns in the quilt. Everything from plain colors to beautiful paisley prints. This quilt is hand-stitched. I sure wish I knew who made it! This painting can ship either framed or unframed. I do not charge for framed originals. I use a basic frame. I like to think that whoever buys this watercolor will frame it according to his or her personal taste!
This painting is done on 300# bright white Arches watercolor paper. This paper is archival, acid-free, and will never yellow or fade. Arches watercolor paper has been around for hundreds of years and I trust the quality of the paper!
I paint with M. Graham's professional watercolors. The colors I use are permanent, brilliant, single pigment paints of the best quality. They will not fade or get dull. With proper care and framing, your watercolor painting will last a lifetime and beyond.
If you choose to order a print, rest assured that my watercolors are printed with the utmost care and with the finest inks. The paper is archival and acid-free! And if you choose a canvas wrap you will enjoy the same quality!
